Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EduCraft Co.! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Where We Ship From

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse in China. This allows us to offer a wide range of quality school, office, and art supplies at competitive prices.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • European Union: 15–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to the United States and European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

For EU customers, please note that orders may be subject to VAT upon import depending on the order value and your country's regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

EduCraft Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, customs delays, or carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@educraftco.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of dropshipping, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on certain items. Please check the product listing before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@educraftco.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@educraftco.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
